School District 72 covers Campbell River and surrounding areas. It reaches northwards up to Sayward, south to the Oyster River, and also includes the outer islands of Read, Cortes, and Quadra.
Regular public meetings take place at the Campbell River Board of Education every three weeks during the school year. These meetings are typically on a Tuesday evening, beginning at 7:30 p.m., and everyone in the community is invited to attend.
