The 39th Annual Walk for Hearts is coming up, and it’s a great excuse to get outside and give back at the same time.
Registration opens at 12:30pm, with the walk itself starting at 1pm from Willow Point Hall.
You’ll follow the seawalk, which is a pretty relaxed route, perfect for all ages and abilities.
This walk is all about supporting heart health through the Campbell River First Open Heart Society. You can bring the family, stroll at your own pace, and enjoy a bit of fresh air and friendly company. There are prizes and refreshments on offer too, so you can treat yourself after crossing the finish line 🥨🏅.
No need to overthink it—just grab a friend or family member and join the local crowd for a Sunday walk that means a little more.
