If you have Prime, CTV+ generally broadcasts a lot of sports games for Canadians.

Another option is Match Eatery at the Casino: they will have a watch party and a DJ if you are looking for something a little more high-energy.
Although they are not advertising it, lots of other places usually tune into the Super Bowl in CR including: Boston Pizza, The Riptide, the Legion, SoCal — but, check before going to confirm.
