Presentations to the Board are welcomed from both individuals and groups. Each presentation is limited to 10 minutes. To present, you must submit an application to the secretary-treasurer’s office. more info here
Question Period Public meetings make provisions for a 15-minute window towards the end for questions related to meeting agenda items. Each person is permitted to ask one question.
Can’t tune in live? Just look for the video recording on the district’s YouTube channel, usually posted within 24 hours.
