The full moon is officially a little after midnight tonight.
So, best time to look up is overnight on June 29th for it’s full brightness. But, it will still be nice to view on June 30th, too. The full moon in June is known as a Strawberry Moon.🍓
Local tip: in Campbell River, the seawalk or any waterfront spot is perfect for moonrise photos and reflections on the water 🌊📸.
If you haven’t been… Jaycee Park / Willow Point Reef is a nice place to view the moon over the ocean in Campbell River, but just about anywhere with a clear view will work.
