Get ready for a vibrant day at the Colourful Run on May 3, 2025, during Youth Week BC.
This fun and inclusive event is set to take place at Willow Point Park (at the Sportsplex) from 9am to noon.
Everyone over the age of 7 is welcome to participate. You can choose to walk, jog, or run on either a 1K or 5K route.
Remember, it’s not about speed but enjoying the experience and making colorful memories!
After the run, don’t miss the after-party at the splash park, featuring music, snacks, and plenty of colorful splashes.
Please wear a white T-shirt and your coolest sunglasses to enjoy the full effect of the non-toxic, but possibly staining, dye.
Admission fees (via city of CR website) are $5 for children aged 7-12, $2 for youths aged 13-18, and $10 for adults 19 and older. – but something seems off about that. Why are kids more expensive than teens? Maybe they published it wrong.
