About Woodstick
The group features Dazy Daye, who sings and plays guitar, and Jeanette Mcgonigle, who plays violin and also sings. Dazy started playing music at 16 and has performed at many places across western Canada and California. She has opened for artists like Tommy Hunter and once played music for 15 hours straight without repeating a song.
Jeanette began learning violin with the Royal Conservatory of Music when she was just four. She started playing professionally at six and has played with many well-known musicians, including Hank Williams Junior. Jeanette has also won several fiddle contests across Canada.
Together, Dazy and Jeanette know more than 1,000 songs, covering many styles.
