Women Be Wise performs at Spirit Square on Saturday, August 23, starting at 7pm.
This group brings together three singer-songwriters: Erin Ross from Calgary, Kimberley MacGregor from Qualicum, and Sue Decker from Victoria.
Inspired by classic blues women like Sippie Wallace and Bonnie Raitt, the trio takes their name from the song “Women Be Wise.”
Their music features a mix of vintage and modern blues, plus Americana roots. Expect to hear electric, acoustic, and steel guitars, along with rich harmonies and plenty of soulful moments.
Each member brings their own style and experience, making their collaboration both dynamic and heartfelt.
