Hey Folks! I often see people asking “when do GST rebates come out?” posted around Facebook, so I added these to this website’s event calendar for easy reference.

GST Tax Credit Payment Dates

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) typically sends GST/HST credit payments around the fifth day of July, October, January, and April each year.

Since January 5th falls on a Sunday, the CRA is scheduled to send the direct deposit payments out on Friday January 3rd instead.

Upcoming GST Payment Dates

January 3rd, 2025
April 4th, 2025
July 4th, 2025

If you do not receive your GST/HST credit payment by direct deposit on the expected date, the CRA says “please wait 10 working days before contacting us“.

You can login to your My Account to check your next payment date or sign up to receive reminders about benefit and credit payments approximately one week before they are issued.
