The Dora’s Day Tournament is an annual fundraiser event held in memory of Dora Krajnc, a beloved Storey Creek member who passed away in 1994 at the age of 52.
Since 1995, golfers have gathered each year to play in her honor and raise funds for the Campbell River Hospice, a cause chosen by the tournament committee.

Expanded Participation in 2024
The 2024 event marks a significant milestone as it expands to include men and non-members for the first time, allowing for a larger field and the opportunity to raise even more funds for this worthy cause.
This year’s tournament format is a 4-person Team Scramble, with playing partners drawn by Tournament Chair Pam Rinehart and Head Professional Steven MacPherson.
Tournament Details
This mixed event will have men playing from the White, COHO tees and women from the Red, SOCKEYE tees.
As part of the tradition, the day will include fun and interesting twists throughout the round to keep things exciting.

Post-Tournament Meal
After the round, players can look forward to a delicious meal provided by Marty and his Creekside Grill Team, offering a great opportunity to socialize and celebrate the day’s efforts.
