DESCRIPTION:It’s Thursday — that means live music at the Riptide Pub.  \n\n\n\nThis week it’s local favs Easy Street. \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Easy Street\n\n\n\nEasy Street’s music is familiar to many\, whether from live shows or jingles for local Vancouver Island businesses and national brands. They also provide music for ads and radio jingles heard across Canada. \n\n\n\nAnnie Handley and Dave Devindisch are multi-instrumentalists known for giving a jazz twist to songs from the 1940s to today’s pop tunes.  \n\n\n\nAnnie sings and plays rhythm guitar\, while Dave adds harmonies\, upright bass\, and a bit of humour to their live shows. \n\n\n\nTheir performances mix well-known covers with original songs\, like those from their 2017 album\, Lemonade.  \n\n\n\nThey’re currently working on a new collection of original music\, some of which has already appeared on TV shows such as Duck Dynasty and Discovery Channel programs. \n\n\n\nLearn more about them on their website or Facebook page.
