DESCRIPTION:Lunch in the Square is back! \n\n\n\nEvery Tuesday at noon\, the Spirit Square comes alive with live music from local and regional performers. All for free! \n\n\n\nThis week\, it’s local favs: Easy Street Duo \n\n\n\nBring your own lunch or grab take-out from nearby restaurants along Shopper’s Row to enjoy while listening. Relax\, grab lunch\, and enjoy live music outdoors. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Easy Street\n\n\n\nEasy Street’s music is familiar to many\, whether from live shows or jingles for local Vancouver Island businesses and national brands. They also provide music for ads and radio jingles heard across Canada. \n\n\n\nAnnie Handley and Dave Devindisch are multi-instrumentalists known for giving a jazz twist to songs from the 1940s to today’s pop tunes.  \n\n\n\nAnnie sings and plays rhythm guitar\, while Dave adds harmonies\, upright bass\, and a bit of humour to their live shows. \n\n\n\nTheir performances mix well-known covers with original songs\, like those from their 2017 album\, Lemonade.  \n\n\n\nThey’re currently working on a new collection of original music\, some of which has already appeared on TV shows such as Duck Dynasty and Discovery Channel programs. \n\n\n\nLearn more about them on their website or Facebook page. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nCome check them out!

DESCRIPTION:Table tennis is a fun & easy way to sharpen and challenge your reflexes and coordination. \n\n\n\nAll skill levels are welcome. If you are just picking up a paddle for the first time\, you can ease into it and learn as you go. If you already play\, you will still find plenty of quick rallies and chances to push your reflexes a bit. \n\n\n\nYou do not need to bring any gear. Tables\, paddles\, and balls are all supplied\, so you can just show up in comfortable clothes and indoor shoes. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThis happens on most Tuesday afternoons at the community centre in downtown Campbell River.
