The 6th Annual Campbell River Highland Gathering is scheduled for August 10th & 11th 2024, and will held at Nunns Creek Park.
Events include will include Highland Dancing, Heavy Games, Pipes and Drums, Massed Bands and more.
This is part of the Salmon Festival which also hosts the Logger Sports event at the same time & location. (although most of the Highland Games will be held on Saturday and Sunday)

Notes: The cost is only $5 for admission.
There is no on-site parking, but there is plenty of parking across the street at Walmart.

8:30 – Noon Piping & Drumming – Solo and Trio Events
8am – Noon Heavy Games – Men’s and Women’s Amateur
Noon – 12:30 Pipe Band March Past Competition
12:30 – 1pm Massed Bands and Welcome Ceremony
12:30 – 4:30 Heavy Games
1:30 – 3pm Piping & Drumming – Band Competitions
3pm Drum major Competition
3:30pm Massed Bands Retreat
5pm – 6:30pm Celts Have Talent
4:30pm – 7pm Heavy Games – Caber Challenge & Keg for Distance
7:30pm – 10pm CEILIDH – Featuring the Hounds of Cuchulain
Sunday Schedule
9am – Noon Highland Dance Primary, Beginner & Novice Classes
9am – End Heavy Games Men’s & Women’s Master’s Competition
Weight over Bar, Braemar Stone, Hammer, Open Stone, Caber (1pm)
12:30 – 4pm Highland Dance Intermediate and Premier classes
